These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mahjong Home Story (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction and any age restrictions shown on the App Store listing in order to use the App.

If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights.

3. App Rules and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App except as permitted by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where prohibited by law.
• Use cheats, exploits, bots, automation, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App.
• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content.

4. Gameplay and Virtual Items

Mahjong Home Story is a casual mobile game featuring tile-matching and home renovation gameplay.

Any virtual currency, stars, boosters, furniture, decorations, unlocks, or other in-app items:

• are licensed, not sold;
• have no cash value;
• cannot be redeemed for money, goods, or real-world compensation;
• are not transferable except where required by law.

The App does not offer real-money gambling, cash prizes, or real-world rewards.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the platform provider, such as Apple, under its terms and billing policies.

Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests must be made through the platform provider.

We may change, remove, or limit virtual items, pricing, offers, or availability at any time.

6. Updates and Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.

7. User Support

We may provide customer support at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide maintenance, updates, or support for any particular period unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, design, artwork, logos, text, software, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission except as expressly allowed under these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or misused the App.

Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end immediately.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the App will be free of bugs or harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Apple App Store Notice

If you access the App through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and us, not with Apple.
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
• To the extent any warranty is not effectively disclaimed, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if applicable.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
